From the data set, it can be said that males are into more physical activity, in comparison to females. Most of the respondents are right handed (RH) in comparison to LH. Both in a more general sense and more particularly within primary care settings, the implementation of health promotion as an intervention is an important part of the process of providing medical care to patients. Individuals, families, populations, and communities can all benefit from the adoption and modification of behaviors that promote and improve their overall health as a result of health promotion's efforts. The dissemination of reliable information enables individuals of the community to make more educated choices, each of which has the potential to contribute to an improvement in their overall well-being. Individuals, populations, and communities are all susceptible to having their health affected, either favorably or unfavorably, by a wide variety of variables. Individuals are empowered to live a lifestyle that improves and furthers their well-being when health promotion makes it easier for them to recognize the factors that determine their health and improve their control over those factors within the context of their unique surroundings. To maintain excellent health requires more than merely avoiding illness at all costs. The promotion of health makes it a priority for a variety of fields to incorporate health considerations into their decisions. Because of this, they have a heightened awareness of the ways in which diseases impact people, families, groups, and towns. Before putting forward new health policies, it is critical to give considerable consideration to how those policies will be received by the public.

There are a variety of approaches that can be taken to improve people's health, including changes to legislation, economic policies, tax policies, and organizational structures. The coordination is carried out in a fashion that is beneficial to the health of the general population, generates income, and establishes reasonable rules for society that are equitable to all members. Public health policies play a significant role in ensuring the availability of safe and healthy goods and services, as well as the improvement of living environments and the expansion of recreational opportunities.

In order to promote health, it is necessary to identify the barriers that prevent health-enhancing policies from being implemented in domains that are unrelated to medical treatment and to devise solutions to these barriers. The intention is to pique the interest of policymakers in the option that is more beneficial to health.
