From this, it can be considered that both the wages and education are connected with each

Review of Literature
Wage Disparities: One of the major concern of this wage inequality is the complaints raised by the employees in the labor market. There is no chance that someone working at the same job description will be ready to be paid low (Kamerāde et , 2019). Theories have like Human Capital Theory have failed to explain it.
Education and Wage Disparities: The education is the initial topic when it comes to discuss anything on the matter of wage disparities (Clark et , 2021). The link between both the topics can be understood from the graph.

Experience in Wage Disparities:
The role of experience in wages disparities is a confusing one as it plays a role in creating them but not directly. There will be one underlying factor that will help the experience of a person to ask for higher pay.
Demographic Factors & Wage Rates:
The demographic factors have an impact on the wages of the employees. For example, in some jobs, the age of the person matters a lot. The age group of younger people are paid more than the people with a higher age Various other things like race and ethnicity, marital status, and gender of the employee plays a vital role in setting the wages.
Regional and Urban/Rural Variances:
The impact of regional, urban, and rural settings can be easily seen on the wage rates of the people. The economic background of a region heavily create variances in the wage rates on the same job profile. On the other hand, a person from an urban place will be paid more than the person from a rural place due to different reasons

Research Design
This research is based upon the Human Capital Theory which states that what people earn is linked with the information and skills they provide to a particular job (Lenihan et , 2019). In this case, this information and skills are the level of education a person have.
The theory was developed in 1964 by Gary He focused on creating a link and making it easier to understand the relationship between the level of education and wages.
In order to prove different factors that develops wage disparities, different researches have been utilised.
Research Structure
Literature Review (LR) on wage disparities, education and wage disparities, experience in wage disparities, demographic factors and wage rates, location variance have been done.
Gaps in the research Proposed
Data on the wage disparities have been extracted for US census of 2008.
For the analysis of the research, regression method has been used.
Results will be reported.
Data Collection
The data for this research was collected from US census as the main idea is understanding the wage disparities factors in US in 2008.
The collected data have been efficiently utilised to develop links between the identified factors and wage disparities.
The collected data was analysed with the method of regression in order to understand the outcomes of these factors on the issue of wage disparities.
Data Collected and Analysis
The collected data from the US census were the education, experience, wage rates, marital status, gender, urban and rural population, region, color, and ethnicity through the US census.
The links were made with Human Capital Theory with the help of supporting journal articles from Google
With the help of regression analysis, the impact of these factors like education on wage disparities will be in the future was analysed.
