Topic - 9 Leadership1. Learning
The operation of leading a group of people or an organization can be defined as leadership. To become a good leader, a person should possess certain qualities. The leaders have to be expertise and enhancing the qualities daily(Northouse, P.G., 2018). This, in return, can help to create good future leaders. Certain studies aware us without leadership qualities and adequately qualified leaders, it is impossible for any organization to succeed. Important qualities that a good leader must possess are- accountability, humility, vision, positivity, integrity, empathy, resilience, and influence (Grint, K., Jones, O.S., et al., 2016). Inspiring people and making them work properly and supporting them is where the success of a great leader lies. Communicating with workers and providing them with proper guidance can help them achieve goals for the company and enhance profit. Dealing client's with confidence and earning faith for the organization will intensify the triumph of the company's leader and his leadership goals. Also, a positive way of dealing with workers boosts their confidence and achieving great goals through the organizational workforce is what a good leader must possess. Accountability of the operational data, providing proper segmentation of work among workers working under the leader, is what is worth the most in an organization. Without proper accountability, it will become a challenging job to provide clients with appropriate work, and as an organizational return failure will harm the leader, and the company will lose faith in him. Sometimes mistakes happen, and clients start losing faith in the organization. It is the leader whose resilience power enables the organization to work on those mistakes and provide the clients with proper quality work and regain the faith of the client. It is the most crucial part of leadership as, without resilience power, no leader can be able to survive a do or die circumstance when the company is losing its clients. Also, the organization consists of several workers. Different employees have different creativity levels. Ideas come from various segments. A leader must work on them and have enough empathy towards the workers and help them out with their work and create a deeper level of understanding with the organization (Mendenhall, M.E., et al., 2017)
2.Critique
Leadership is a difficult part for any human being to handle because, in every step, there is a part of criticism. So discussing critique and working on them enables a leader to become best at its work. Leadership quality has its pros and cons. Strengths of leadership such as communication, integrity and confidence with optimistic vision and accountability will enhance the organization's success. On the other hand, certain weaknesses of this generation's leaders, such as lack of tolerance and empathy, along with the resilience to handle the tough situation, are making the organization's success uncertain (Rosenbach, W.E., 2018).
3. Reflection
Lack of resilience and compassion is what lead to the fall of the organization. Lacking the ability to proper guidance, lack of communication with the workers and lack of confidence leads to losing the faith of the clients. Discussion and working on leadership methods will enhance the quality of my future appearance in other organizations.

Topic - 10 Organizational Structure and Design
1. Learning
Ladders for different roles, supervision and responsibility are what an organizational structure teaches us. Different parts that employees play in the organization, their work ethics, purpose, goals along with the description of their roles in the workplace is what an organization is concerned about (Understanding Organizational Structures, 2020). The reporting structure of the organization has different departments. The allocation of specific tasks among the project teams and work that different branches provide to the company is all that an organizational structure hierarchy comprises in a company. Also, prominent usage of the provided information along with job clarity among the employees boosts the mortality among the workers. This also enhances the success of the organization structure. If an organization neglects these factors, which are affecting the company's future, it can cause severe damage to the structure, and the company will perceive colossal loss. There are two types of organizational structure-
Centralized- Top management officers decide the various aspects and implementation required to enhance the company's profit. Low and middle-level employees are ordered and have to work according to the decision taken by the top management.
Decentralized- Segmentation of work and decision to be carried among the supervisors of lower and middle-level employees enhance the top management officers to make essential and significant decisions much more effectively. It also increases responsibility among the employees of the company and creates an efficient workforce, which helps in the company's success. Leverage of work among employees also increases productivity and work on new ideas, which help organizations to grow morally and also based on profit margin.
Organizational structure needs proper design. Lack of effective design may lead the structure to fall after a certain point in time. The design includes the flow of work among the different parts of an organization, and working amongst them increases productivity and engages discipline among the workers. Proper organizational design will lead an organization to be more resilient and achieve goals with an appropriate boost of energy and an increase in moral values among the employees (Robbins, S., et al., 2017)
2.Critique
Lack of proper organizational structure increases the chance of a company to fall from its triumph stage within no time. Discussing structure has a relevant role in emphasizing the success factors of a company. Decentralized organizational structure has a strength that it leverages out its work and increases responsibility among employees, which creates a good workforce; this is absent in centralized structure. But also, the decentralized structure may face a lack of proper decision-making ability among employees (When to Decentralize Decision Making, and When Not To, 2020). This can create chaos among the workers, which will, in return, make the company fall down. Organizational structure emphasis on work ethics and achieving a proper goal through job clarity is its key strength.
3. Reflection
The centralized organizational structure provided by the company leads to a lack of clarity and enthusiasm among workers. This decreased mortality among workers. Providing the workforce with a decentralized organizational structure should have let them work on new ideas, and it could have helped the employees to work on their priorities, responsibility and earn faith and profit for the company.

Topic - 11 Organizational Culture
1. Learning
The ideas and social behavior among the employees in an organization define the organizational culture. The different companies provided different cultures among their employees. Its cultural bonding is what enables an organization to put out it's best for the company. Maintaining a proper organizational culture is essential. The distinctive character of the organization to lead its employees to work together within the organization and create an ability to be resilient in any situation is referred to as organizational culture (Wood, J., et al., 2019). Sharing values and beliefs, working on ethical values, has a deep influence on the culture of the organization. Organizational culture also influences the market for the company's business. Employees provided with proper treatment and customers supplied with good service is what defines the success of the organizational culture. The philosophy and the experience the organization offers to its employees and guide its member's behavior. It also identifies the organization's way of dealing with the company. Many organizations fail to provide their employees with good cultural ethics, which enhances chaos in the organization, and workers' morality starts to diminish. It results in a massive amount of loss for the company. There are several kinds of culture that different workplace follows such as- corporate culture, business culture, workplace culture etc. The top management and the employees working under them in different fields provide proper culture through proper communication, behavior towards the employees, providing guidance, freedom in making a decision, equal distribution of powers and developing new ideas. These are certain cultural ethics provided by the organization of a company. However, an organization lacking cultural ethics proves to be less beneficial for the employees and losing morality also diminishes their enthusiasm for work. Organizational culture and its implementation are of utmost importance for any company to succeed in the future. Culture provides unity, and unity provides strong bonding among workers and enhances their job satisfaction. Providing satisfaction to the employees benefits the company through its cultural environment and helps to make an organization achieve its goals (Driskill, G.W., 2018).
2.Critique
Organizational culture has a deep impact on the success factor of any company. Lack of proper cultural ethics provides poor results from the organization. It is essential to clarify the pros and cons of any organizational culture. Good ethical culture with appropriate guidance and relationship and social behavior among workers is the key strength for any organization (Gordon, G., 2017). Any enterprise with weak organizational culture will create an emptiness in the organizational structure. As a result, it will fail to provide the company with proper work, and the company will face a huge setback.
3. Reflection
The company failed to provide cultural help to its employees. Employees started losing enthusiasm to work for the profit of the organization. The organization started to push its employees to work harder. Unable to understand the problem, the organization loses many capable workers, and cultural differences among the top management and the employees created chaos. If the organization provides them with proper ethical culture, the company should have been benefited, and the organization would have been able to achieve its goals.
Professional Identity Self- reflectionMy desire to work in the field of management emanates from a necessity to overcome the partiality of society by qualifying for the process of keeping up with the modern, fast-moving society, something that I can achieve by a better understanding of the ground-work and the base. I have a keen interest in the subject of management from a very young age, and for that reason, I have joined the management course. During the course of my studies, I have learned how to manage an organization. I have also learned as a leader, what are the capabilities that I should possess. In the past internship, I have experienced the role of a leader. I have been fortunate enough to understand what it requires to be a leader and how to lead a bunch of people having different thought processes. This role required me to work with other employees in the organization in a constructive fashion and plan, keeping in mind the views and suggestions of others. This has also given me a great deal of proficiency in working and in interacting with people very different from myself. I always had the strength of being calm during a situation and taking opinions in a matter and listening carefully to what others have to say. These strengths helped me a lot in managing a group for a particular project. The management course has given me excellent knowledge. The course has enabled me to use my strengths in every aspect of a business. Through my previous internships, I have shadowed various respected people of the organization and have gained knowledge from their process of work. This has also helped me to focus on my area of interest.
Besides academics, I have a keen interest in swimming, playing table tennis, debating, reading books, and my hobbies include listening to music and watching sports. I have also shown interest in online courses related to management studies and read various works related to management. Other than that, I have read books about great leaders who are managing the leading businesses.
In my quest to find a place for my internship, I chanced upon your organization to work as an intern in the field management. I am drawn towards management because it is not restricted to one place, and it is what brings people together, making their mutual visions reality and benefits society. It is essential to get exposure in today's global scenario, and I will get that my working in your esteemed organization.
If granted the opportunity to work in the organization, it will prove to be a stepping stone for me to gain practical experience and knowledge. I earnestly hope that my capable academic skills and abilities would make me a good candidate for this internship in management.
